The Judge Group is Hiring a Patient Care Coordinator Near Brentwood, PA
Our client is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team at an urgent care clinic in Brentwood, PA. As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include :
- Checking Patients In : Welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinic and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Discharging Patients : Printing and providing discharge paperwork to patients after their visit.
- Answering Phones and Taking Messages : Handling incoming phone calls and relaying messages as needed.
- Documenting in EMR System (Athena) : Entering patient information and relevant details into the electronic medical records (EMR) system (training will be provided).
Qualifications & Requirements :
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills
